Breathe-IN™ Nasal Strips

Breathe-IN™ Nasal Strips open up the nasal passages helping easier breathing. Very effective with helping with deviated septum or while having a cold or allergies.  I have been wearing them while doing home cycling workouts or running. Anyone can use them. The apply to the top fo the nose,  and act and look just like a bandage, yet the pull up on the outer part of the nose, opening up the nasal passages. They can be worn also during sleeping to avoid from snoring. After a nights restful sleep simply peel off and throw the strip away. Start sleeping better and allow for better nasal passage air flow when exercising. The box of 50 strips will last a long time.  I would like to extend an discount offer to followers by simply using the code IMHEALTHY7  to receive 25 percent off your purchase when going to the www.HealthyWiser.com and placing an order.

REM-Fit Active Tracker

A lot of people wear some kind of activity device. They help calculate your steps taken and calories burned each day.  I have the honor to represent and wear the REM-Fit Active tracker. This one like many out there pairs with Bluetooth on your smartphone. Its a simple bracelet with the unit inside or it can be worn on the belt in a different carrier.  I look forward to sharing more about this tracker soon. Check back.

Studying my sleep

For well over a month now I have been wearing the Zeo Sleep Manager to bed. A simple headband which sends information to my iPad on the quality as well as the quantity of sleep I get each night. Let just say my sleep, as I started using it was great. It fell a little off and now I think I'm back on track to getting a better rest at night. All of my training so far this year is being done during the daytime, so no early morning workouts have been needed. That will change a lot when warmer daytime temperatures start to increase.
