TriForce with symmetrical and asymmetrical loads

Impact and variability while on the mountain bike.  Here I demonstrate it with a jump squat, working the legs, shoulders and arms along with my core.

I enjoy using the TriForce.  It helps my body react to counteracting movements to stay in control. With the different weights that can be moved around and added or removed, it always provides a great stability workout I am looking for.
Here is a simple standard workout I have incorporated in my use of the TriForce.
Using the stability ball to stretch out on and allow for my arms, chest and upper abs open up after being hunched over my handlebars on a training ride.
The lunge with raising the TriForce above my head gives a great full body stretch and recovery.

TriForce gives you the versatility to train for the demands of your sport with symmetrical and asymmetrical loads.   rebrand.ly/0b2m4e

Road I.D. with video

I used to use my smartphone with my " I.C.E." In Case of Emergency contact's phone number. With my smartphone being password protected, if I was found unconscious, unlocking my phone to get to my emergency contact would not be possible.
Very fashionable and very function is the Road I.D. Wrist I.D.
Choose your silicone strap's color and buckle and tags material/color. On mine I have six lines of information, each able to use 24 characters.

Giant 2020 Stance 2 29er

After having warranty issues with another bike manufacture, I read up a lot of different bikes that would be in my price range.  There were a few options that the new bike would have to have. I wanted to try and find a full-suspension 29 inch wheel bike. First off, I wanted to stay with the 29 inch rims.  The big or bigger rims seem to go over the rough desert terrain better. I wanted full suspension for a better ride and cushion some of the rough downhills I come upon. An option I was also looking to have was a dropper post on my seat. This isn’t a necessity but a great luxury when navigating rough downhills, wanting to move the seat out of the way.

Searching up and down online and seeing what others have said on certain components, frames and manufactures. With the internet, there is a lot to search.

Giant 2020 Stance 2 29er which has an alloy frame, SRAM SX 1X12 Eagle drive train, Suntour Raidon air shock and fork. Now these are not the top of the line or greatest shocks on the market, but they work within my budget.

I wanted something that was going to work for me, not cost more than my vehicle or anything like that.

Riding it for the past three months, I can say it's a great bike. The fit is perfect and the 1X12 SRAM SX Eagle drive train is sweet.

Plantar fasciitis, update

Still dealing with Plantar Fasciitis. Limited time, but I am able to find it, is slowing my healing process down. After walking or standing on my feet for a full day, I pay the price the next day or so.

Stretching my lower and upper leg muscles along with icing with Frozen Peaz.  I am stretching not just muscles in my foot, but my calves, hamstrings and hips too. I am keeping my treatments with the JigSaw massage gun (I’ve been able to go cordless, I’ll update on that later) too.
I also have gone back to the foot doctor and had my feet casted for getting new orthotics.
The two to three weeks before the orthotics come back from the lab can not come soon enough.

I am hoping and praying this will do the trick and knock out the issue for good or lessen the pain.

The Solar Breeze NX 2 (next generation) , solar powered pool skimmer and chlorine dispenser

The Solar Breeze NX 2 (next generation) , solar powered pool skimmer and chlorine dispenser

Skimming your pool to keep it looking nice can take a few minutes or longer and a pain in the neck.  Depending upon the wind and the trees or bushes you may have around your pool. We have tried to use plants around the pool that don’t typically shed their leaves a lot.  The neighbors plants and trees we don’t have control over, and they tend to blow into our pool.

The Solar Breeze NX 2 (next generation) , solar powered pool skimmer and chlorine dispenser is AMAZING.  Where do I start?  First off, the unit is powered by the sun using two solar panels on the top of the robot.  The panels collect enough sun to not only power the unit, but charge an on-board Lithium-Ion battery. The device can run 24 hours a day seven days a week. It roams around the pool skimming the surface gathering leaves, dirt, bugs and other debris before it sinks to the bottom, and in the end, helping the pool vacuum from having to suck it off the floor of the pool.

The operation is simple. There is no app or connecting to WiFi or anything to use to connect to if to have it run. Just a simple switch on the back of the unit to turn it on.
Both paddles, one in front and one in the back with begin to rotate. Place it gently in the pool and let it go to work.

There are three operation lights on the back of the unit that let you know the unit is operating.
Power , Status and Charge.

Periodically the unit will set itself to move in reverse or if the unit hits the side of the pool or outcropping of the pool deck etc.
When the unit  goes into this reverse mode, the back paddle wheel will move faster than the front paddle and the front paddle will keep moving keeping the debris is has collected in the collection tray.
There are four wheels that keep the device moving when hitting the edge of the pool. Only the two are under power to help it navigate either right or left. For these wheels and for it to ride close to the edges of the pool, the water level of the pool may need to be adjusted to allow it to ride smoothly against the tile or edge.

The fine mesh screen under the Solar Breeze NX 2 is able to collect debris as small as 100 microns, surpassing any skimmer baskets collection.   To empty the debris tray, simply slide it out and dump.  You can spray lightly with a garden hose to get the fine debris removed.

There is a chlorine dispensing ability to the Solar Breeze NX 2. It is up to you if you use this feature or not. It can hold up to two, three inch chlorine tablets in another tray that is accessed on the side of the Solar Breeze.  If you are not a chlorine tablet user, the device is positioned in the water better with a little weight added to this compartment.  Rocks or other safe for swimming pool weights can be placed inside this compartment to increase it’s efficiency.
