Working on stability and strength off the mountain bike. This exercise works the entire body and I've teamed it up using only a 2 pound weight on the one side of the TriForce device. Sure, the device can be used with any or all of the weights it comes with, 2, 3 and 4 pounds.

TriForce with symmetrical and asymmetrical loads
Impact and variability while on the mountain bike. Here I demonstrate it with a jump squat, working the legs, shoulders and arms along with my core.
I enjoy using the TriForce. It helps my body react to counteracting movements to stay in control. With the different weights that can be moved around and added or removed, it always provides a great stability workout I am looking for.
Here is a simple standard workout I have incorporated in my use of the TriForce.
Using the stability ball to stretch out on and allow for my arms, chest and upper abs open up after being hunched over my handlebars on a training ride.
The lunge with raising the TriForce above my head gives a great full body stretch and recovery.
TriForce gives you the versatility to train for the demands of your sport with symmetrical and asymmetrical loads. rebrand.ly/0b2m4e

The SpoxFit Yoga Ball
I have thrown into the mix of stretching and exercise using the SpoxFit Yoga ball with resistance bands. The bands have a resistance of 220 pounds and are comfortable using the handles attached.
The SpoxFit yoga ball comes complete with plug and foot pump to inflate. I have used a yoga ball for awhile now, but nothing like this with a stability ring, in which the resistance bands attach to.
The kit of the ball, resistance bands and air pump also comes with a poster showing exercises to do using the setup.
The ball alone provided a great workout. Using it for wall squats, sit ups and hamstring curls. Add the resistance bands and work more on your upper body.
This is a great set up for anyone wanting to try different exercises.
