Food Groove Mission’s Bites

I have tried out Food Groove Mission’s bites as both a pre-snack and post-snack before a workout. They are very easy to eat, portioned in the pouch is about 10 small bites. The texture and flavor are spot on. There are three flavors Mother Earth, Holy Truffle Punch and The Nutty Adventurer. I liked all the flavors but my favorite ended up being the Nutty Adventurer.
