Setting out on a quest to make the perfect, wood fired pizza at home.
So why pizza? Well, it's a quick and easy meal, the kids like it and carbs.
I'm starting off by seasoning the BBQ Hack of the Pizza Hack.
The Pizza Hack from BBQ Hack, needs to be seasoned before using. This process will protect it.
Takes about two hours.
The newer versions of the BBQ Hack Griddle come pre-seasoned, which this will be used with along with a pizza stone.
