After last nights 
cardio work I started in a weight program.  The weights were pretty heavy with a max of 12 reps.  I though this morning when I woke up I would be sore, but not.  I worked both my upper and lower body.  I am looking to increase my speed on the bike yet not bulk up.  The weather outside has been a lot of rain and I want so badly to get out on the road with the bike.
