This past weekend I was able increase my bike/run brick. Super windy on the road. Worked on staying in the
aero position. The run afterwords I started to break in my new running shoes. I need to replace the factory laces with a set of home-made speed laces. The top of my left foot, I could tell was being rubbed wrong. I am excited that my run times are getting faster after riding. I have been able to get in a good breathing rhythm. Tonight I have a workout with upper body weights and
Zoomers in the pool, can't wait.
