Training is going great, better than I had expected it too this early. A solid 3 mile run Friday night at 10:30 at night. Back in the pool Monday along with a brick bike ride before. I am going to start this week working out with heavier weights to help add a little speed on the bike. I believe I have the
cardio portion taken care of. A few more adjustments to the bike and I should be good to go there.
