Colon Cleanse Detox Plus

I was shipped Colon Cleanse Detox Plus from HealthyNow. It’s an all natural, extra strength formula.  The directions are very simple with taking the 2 capsules in morning and before bed, both on empty stomach with 8oz. of water.  While using the cleanse it is important to drink a lot of water during the day. It is recommended while taking the capsules to eat more raw foods, reduce the amount of dairy and red meats, take digestive enzymes along with meals, and keep physically active. Some users might experience light cramping, and if so, you may reduce amount of capsules you take, back to one. Consult your doctor before taking Colon Cleanse Detox Plus if you suffer from IBS or are pregnant or nursing. It's suggested for maximum results to temporarily increase your fiber intake. Do not take more than four capsules in one day and use for 10 days only. 

While taking the capsules for the past two weeks I am feeling not as bloated during the afternoons. I would recommend they Colon Cleanse Detox Plus for anyone wanting to become more regular.

I have been using the Relaj Shape water bottle for about  a month now and am super impressed with it's comfort and features.  First of all its ergonomic shape fits in my hand as well as my bike bottle cage, riding in my Orange Mud Hydra Quiver and even fits nicely in my cars cup holder. Its textured outer feel can still be wet, due to condensation, yet won't easily slip out of your hand.  What many bottles miss is a valve that stops them from leaking if accidentally tipped. With the Relaj there is a LeakLock Valve that prevents this from happening.  Another aspect in which a lot of bottles miss is the ability to be fully disassembled for cleaning.  The Relaj fully disassembles for cleaning to get all those hard to reach areas where germs can hide. Both the top and bottom can be screwed off and the tapered flexible spout can be removed. The bottle and pieces can be placed on either the top or bottom rack of the dishwasher to be cleaned, or can simply be washed by hand. The bottle is BPA Free. (BPA is a chemical used in the production of plastics and epoxy resins) 

The bottle was designed to use by tipping the bottle up to drink from, instead of the cyclists head, therefore keeping your eyes on where you are going. The squeezable bottle allows for a lot of fluid to be consumed within a short period of time. 

The Relaj holds 23 ounces of fluid. 

There is an optional re freezable stick that can be screwed into the bottom base, but the Relaj bottles I use do not have these. 

The bottle is very sleek and very function-able for all cyclists and those who enjoy the outdoors.

I have recently been using kinesiology tape from 5K Tape to help my MCL on my left leg.  The tape helps reduce the pain and helps with the circulation. I have tried using Branch Chain Amino Acids (BCAA’s) , which are building blocks of protein helping support muscle growth, similar to protein powders.  They are in veggie capsules and contain nothing else.
