Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse

Team Innovations Garcinia Cambogia and Slender Cleanse. First off because of these supplements being a mild diuretic, be sure to drink eight glasses of water a day.  As for the Slender Cleanse, do not use more than 15 days in a row.  I have used these two supplements for the past two weeks everyday.  It is recommended the Slender Cleanse be taken with both the first and last meals of the day.  I have only be using them both in the morning with breakfast.  I am a little result from using them, or it could be from the added cardio I am doing during my daily workout.  I am finding out that the Garcinia Cambogia is working on cutting back my appetite.

Out of five starts, I have to give the product only two stars.

The high quality beanie is made of 60% cotton 40% acrylic fibers. On colder and cool mornings using a beanie to keep much needed body heat in. After I get going, I simply put the beanie in my pack. The very soft beanie and stitched very well.  In cold weather head is lost through the head, I use the beanie to help regulate my body temperature.  I love the fit and comfort of the beanie.  In fact, in cold weather camping, I will use it while sleeping at night to keep my head warm.

Naturalico Jump Rope

Now I have reviewed other jump ropes on here before but the Naturalico takes top honors for a great jump rope. To begin with, like any jump rope, make sure it is adjusted to your height. The cable is 10ft long to begin with but is adjustable to be used by people of different heights. The adjustment screws on the Naturalico jump rope cable make sizing a snap. Very easy to use thumb screws.  All the pivoting points on the handles are super sleek and designed very well.  As a reminder, check the thumb screws before each workout, as they may loosen a little. To size the jump rope, hold onto both handles with the rope falling to the ground. With the rope touching the ground, the handles should end up somewhere between the top of your shoulder and bottom of your armpit. Adjust the screws on either end to make this happen.  If you should have too much excess you can always use a wire cutters to shorten. Keep in mind this will permanently shorten your jump rope, and that is fine if you happen to be the only one using the jump rope. The rope is light weight and easily passes through the air during exercising. The cable rope is great for cross training and other fitness workouts. When not using the cable rope you can store it in the nylon bag it comes with.

Out of five stars, the Naturalico cable jump ropes receives all five stars.

Hitting the Trails

I was excited to get in a mountain bike training ride in for the past week. I met up with some riders from the bike shop and headed out in to Usery Park.  Wearing my Suunto Ambit 2S I was looking to gather a bunch of data about my workout, with some of my favorite apps plugged into the HR monitor.  The weather was perfect. It started at about 55 degrees at 8am and quickly warmed up.  After being in the saddle for an hour, I was feeling really good and could tell my at home roller workout along with wearing my Training Mask was helping me while out on the trails.  There are some areas of the trail I need to work on getting better at and will be visiting the park a ton before this summers next mountain bike race.  My nutrition and hydration with HoneyMaxx was spot on.  I opted to not have a water bottle cage, yet carry my keys and water bottle in my Orange Mud Hydraquiver.

January has been great, February your up next

I have been able to continue my "at least a mile a day" and have started my indoor roller workouts.  Light weight workouts will also be added in Feb. My Suunto Ambit 2S is what I am using to capture my data including my heart rate,  while off and on using the MIO Alpha wrist watch with ANT+ instead of the chest strap.
