Workouts moved indoors during the COVID-19

The first week, I was getting out on the mountain bike trails, getting some solid training in and feeling great. Allergies flared up with the wild flowers and spring's warmer weather bringing the desert alive.
Trials were packed with hikers making it hard to keep it safe even with the 6 foot precaution.  They closed down a few trail heads here due to the over crowding with everyone wanting to get out and hike the trails. The weekends were horrible.
Workouts moved indoors during the COVID-19. I am not doing as many miles running or cycling that I would like to be doing, but I see that ramping up.
A few adjustments made to the bike trainer, having the ability to use a set of rollers or a trainer where just the back wheel is powered.
I am getting some strength workouts in, staying the in garage or close to the house.

What are you doing?  Have you found any online programs or other videos online?

Update on Plantar Fasciitis and Running on a Treadmill for Training

I can honestly say my plantar fasciitis is feeling the best it has in eight months, however it has not gone away.  My ankle and lower leg still feel a little stiff when first waking up getting out of bed in the morning, but nothing like early last fall.
Stretching my lower and upper leg muscles along with icing with Frozen Peaz.  I am stretching not just muscles in my foot, but my calves, hamstrings and hips too.
Needless to say, the foot and ankle doctors advice and help in ordering orthotics has not made the problem go away like I thought it would.  With that, I have left the one doctor I was seeing and am attempting to see another doctor to get his advice and help in dealing with the issue.
I am almost wondering if the first doctor just had me going to him to buy the expensive orthotics that have not really helped at all.
I have really focused this past month and a half on using the percussion massage on my soleus muscle.
The calf contains a network of muscles and tendons on the back and sides of the lower leg including the soles muscle. A good five minutes with the percussion massager on my arch and ball of my foot then I move up to the backside of the lower leg.  This seems to be helping and doing the trick.

On a happier note, at home we invested in a treadmill. It was in the budget and had the features we were looking for as a family to getting.
I have had two sessions on it. I ran a great two mile run on it last night, testing out some of the features and got in a groove when I was on it.
I hate to say it, but I had a fun run. My legs and knees liked the less stress pounding they took.
I am looking forward to many more treadmill runs as I get back in running shape.

What does not kill you makes you stronger

What does not kill you makes you stronger. This is very true.  Over the past month and a half, I have been pretty much riding my rollers at home.  Inside the house or outside in the driveway while I watch my kids play outside.
I went out on the road for a ride on Saturday afternoon, a quick out 7 miles and back 7 miles.  I can definitely say that working out on the rollers has helped me in many ways.
The rollers, like a treadmill, might be boring, but with them I have been able to improve my strength on form on the bike.
I have the bike set up on the rollers with my Miowatch Quest, a GPS enabled heart rate monitor, which while riding I have placed on the handlebars. I have the alarm set on the watch to help tell me when I am in my training zone I need to be in.
I could feel my form on the bike was more efficient, even though it was only a short 14 mile ride.
