Francois et Mimi stainless steel unbreakable bottles

I was sent a set of 20-ounce double walled bottles to test and review from Francois et Mimi.  The stainless steel unbreakable bottles are double wall insulated, perfect for keeping water cold inside.  They have so keeping water cold inside perfect. The BPA-free plastic flip top lid is convenient. The lid has a great area to clip it to a backpack and fits in the car in the cup holder.
I would not use these bottles out riding or running due to their a little heavy.  I have been filling them up and setting them in my vehicle for hydration after my workout. I have tested it by holding it upside down after filling with water and the seal drips a little.  To correct this I have unscrewed the lid and tightened it back on.  It drips off and on.

On a scale of one to five stars, the stainless steel unbreakable bottle comes in at three stars.

Stark Safe Reflective Vest

The Stark Safe Reflective Vest is great for any runner or walker who wants to been visible when the sun goes down.  The comfortable vest can be worn even riding a bike.  It is easily adjustable and simple to put on. The highly visible bright green and reflective material are sure to catch the attention of others you are sharing the road or trail with. With the bright green it is very visible even during the daytime and at night the reflective strips continue to provide 360 degree visibility. The adjustable elastic straps are light weight and allow for full range of motion. The large buckle on the front is easy to latch. The waistband on the vest is adjustable to fit from 25 inches at its smallest to 38 inches at the largest.  I was thinking the should straps would be unforgiving and maybe would dig into my neck or be uncomfortable. Not the case, the vest is very comfortable. The shoulder straps also are adjustable from 15 inches to 23 inches.  The adjustable straps make it convenient if you wanted to wear it over a heavier coat or jacket.  Along with the light I wear on my head to see when I am running, to light my path, the vest is very visible to others. When not wearing it out running, it can be hung up on a hanger or rolled up and stored away.

When it comes down to it, the Stark Safe Reflective Vest takes all five stars out of five stars.

GOMA Solid Suction Cup Mount

When using your GoPro, using different mounts help increase your production value by adding different angles you can mount the camera from. The GOMA Solid suction cup mount will definitely help in that department.  The mount can be used suction cupped to the hood of the car or attached to the windshield on the inside or outside.  As with any mount, outside on a moving car, make sure to attach a cable or wire to the housing incase it does fail you don’t go losing your camera. The mount has a powerful vacuum suction cup attached to a 360 degree articulated arm.

The stainless steel thumbscrews are easy to tighten down after the suction cup mount is in place.  The GOMA Solid mount comes with a microfiber pouch to keep the suction cup, arm and smaller parts together in one place when not using. The mount is usable with any of the GoPro editions, simply using the basic snap mount.  For those who do vlogs or video casts using their GoPro, this is a great mount for doing just so.

Rami Naturals® Anti-Snoring Nose Clip

I was sent a Rami Naturals® anti-snoring nose clip to test out.  The drug free, reusable device claims to stop or reduce snoring and reduce dry mouth while sleeping by promoting better breathing.  Before going to be I have inserted the nose clip in my nose, as directed.  The U-shaped clip has two magnetic tips.  The clip is suppose to apply gentle pressure to the septum.  I feel it work as I drift off to sleep helping increase the air flow in my nose.  A few times during the night, while sleeping, I wake up and the clip has come off my nose.  Because the clip just rests inside the nostrils. I have found it under my pillow a few times or on the floor next to my bed.  I have asked my wife if she has noticed any snoring and she has not.  I am not sure if this is just because she is just in a deep sleep and not aware or if I am really not snoring.  Of course like anybody out there, I don’t think I snore to begin with, yet she has told me before I do. I am skeptical on whether this product really reduces or totally eliminates snoring. I will continue to use the device and try and figure out if it really works or not.

Out of a possible five stars, I have to give the Rami Naturals anti snoreing nose clip two stars.

Pure Garcinia Cambogia Extract PLUS Detox Cleanse

Team Innovations Garcinia Cambogia and Slender Cleanse. First off because of these supplements being a mild diuretic, be sure to drink eight glasses of water a day.  As for the Slender Cleanse, do not use more than 15 days in a row.  I have used these two supplements for the past two weeks everyday.  It is recommended the Slender Cleanse be taken with both the first and last meals of the day.  I have only be using them both in the morning with breakfast.  I am a little result from using them, or it could be from the added cardio I am doing during my daily workout.  I am finding out that the Garcinia Cambogia is working on cutting back my appetite.

Out of five starts, I have to give the product only two stars.

Naturalico Jump Rope

Now I have reviewed other jump ropes on here before but the Naturalico takes top honors for a great jump rope. To begin with, like any jump rope, make sure it is adjusted to your height. The cable is 10ft long to begin with but is adjustable to be used by people of different heights. The adjustment screws on the Naturalico jump rope cable make sizing a snap. Very easy to use thumb screws.  All the pivoting points on the handles are super sleek and designed very well.  As a reminder, check the thumb screws before each workout, as they may loosen a little. To size the jump rope, hold onto both handles with the rope falling to the ground. With the rope touching the ground, the handles should end up somewhere between the top of your shoulder and bottom of your armpit. Adjust the screws on either end to make this happen.  If you should have too much excess you can always use a wire cutters to shorten. Keep in mind this will permanently shorten your jump rope, and that is fine if you happen to be the only one using the jump rope. The rope is light weight and easily passes through the air during exercising. The cable rope is great for cross training and other fitness workouts. When not using the cable rope you can store it in the nylon bag it comes with.

Out of five stars, the Naturalico cable jump ropes receives all five stars.

Hitting the Trails

I was excited to get in a mountain bike training ride in for the past week. I met up with some riders from the bike shop and headed out in to Usery Park.  Wearing my Suunto Ambit 2S I was looking to gather a bunch of data about my workout, with some of my favorite apps plugged into the HR monitor.  The weather was perfect. It started at about 55 degrees at 8am and quickly warmed up.  After being in the saddle for an hour, I was feeling really good and could tell my at home roller workout along with wearing my Training Mask was helping me while out on the trails.  There are some areas of the trail I need to work on getting better at and will be visiting the park a ton before this summers next mountain bike race.  My nutrition and hydration with HoneyMaxx was spot on.  I opted to not have a water bottle cage, yet carry my keys and water bottle in my Orange Mud Hydraquiver.
