The stretch strap by ShivaFit is very good quality stretching strap. The black outer strap is stiff while the green inner strap has some elasticity to it. Each loop, in which you can put your feet or arms through has coordinating loops and they are easily marked with letters(A,B,C,D and E). I stretch as much as possible, helping with my flexibility and helps me relax. I have even combined using it with my foam roller, helping stretch my muscles as I work on them.
For the past two weeks I have used both PurAthlete Power+ as well as PurAthlete Regenerate+ . First off the PurAthlete Power+ . The 99 gram container holds 30 servings. It is easy to mix and stays sustained in the water I mixed it with. I consumed the serving before a training workout and felt energized the whole two hours. The supplement contains 270mg or 70 percent of your daily Magnesium. The serving size is 3.3 grams mixed with 10 oz of water.
The PurAthlete Regenerate+ is a recovery drink. This 180 gram container also contains 30 servings. The supplement contains 280mg of Magnesium which is also 70 percent of your daily intake. I feel using it, like directed, as a recovery drink I bounce back and am back to myself fast. The serving size is 6 grams mixed with 10 oz of water.
Both are gentle on my stomach causing NO GI distress or sick feeling in my stomach.
The Krazilla Bluetooth speaker is small but mighty. This high quality sound speaker can be used one of four ways for outputting your tunes. First off the Bluetooth, which synchs very easily. second is the USB third being the micro USB and lastly the micro SD card (TF Card). It can also be used synched with a smartphone to use as a speakerphone. It has a 45MM driver, producing great high quality sound. It comes with a Y cord with a micro USB at one end which then individually runs one side to a mini 3.5 jack while the other end runs to a full size USB connection. This cord is not only used to hard wire the speaker but charge it too.
Santamedical PM-180 Rechargeable Tens (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation) for pain treatment and relief, Unit Electronic Pulse Massager a great TENS unit which is rechargeable. After sticking the pads on the body part you are wanting to treat, arms, neck, back, legs, knees, or feet. The unit sends painless electrical signals through the electrodes to the nerves under your skin. I like the length of each set of cords on this unit as they are not restricting to where they can be placed on your body. I use the unit for treating sore muscles and increase recovery time from strenuous activity. I love the numerous modes it can be placed in along with the timer that counts down and shuts off automatically.
Using a DSLR to capture sound is difficult. As a lot of DSLR’s are not know for their quality sound recording. Some cameras don’t even allow for an external microphone to be plugged in to the. That is where the iPro-Max comes in to play and is very affordable. Using a lavalier microphone to capture an interview or a person in a video farther away from a shotgun mic mounted on the camera, is one of the best ways. Sound for any video is very crucial. You don't have a good video, unless it has great audio. How is the iPro-Max different?
First off, it uses something pretty much everyone has already, a smartphone, either being Apple iPhone or Android. The voice recorder that came on my Samsung S5 was okay, but I searched around the Google Play store for a better app to record sound/voice. The small lapel mic is uni-directional, therefore capturing only the persons voice your are talking to or interviewing. It won’t pick up background noise. The microphone comes with two sponge windscreens and two clips, an upper clip for the mic head and a cord clip that can be used farther down the cord.
It simply plugs directly into where your headset would be plugged in, using its 3.5mm stereo plug and for those with Samsung or other Android operating smartphones using the Smart Conversion Adaptor Cable. Place your phone in “airplane” mode so notifications or phone calls will interrupt your audio track being recorded.
Depending upon the recording program you are using on your smartphone, simply download or send the file to your computer and insert the sound file into your video production. There you have it a very simple and efficient way to improve the sound quality of any video production.
By the way, I have used it (without the Smart Conversion Adaptor Cable) plugged directly into my MacBook to record voice-overs and it works and sounds great. No echoey sound like using the built in microphone on the Mac. To find out more or order your own head over to the link below. iPro-Max Professional Lavalier Microphone

The AYL (which stands for Accessorize Your Life) indoor/outdoor bluetooth 4.0 waterproof speaker delivers a great quality sound. The 5 watt audio driver provides the great bass top notch sound delivered from a bluetooth connected speaker. The device it is connected to can be just a little over 35 fee away to still receive the signal. The included micro USB cord is able to charge the speaker in about three hours and then can pump out sound for up to 12 hours. I have brought the speaker to the park and also used in my office to play music connected via bluetooth. With the ability to get wet, yet not submersible, the speaker can be brought out by the pool or even used in the shower. I like how it too can be connected with a 3.5mm cord, which is comes with, to attach and play music corded then from devices that might not be bluetooth enabled. Amazing sound is achieved with this impressive bluetooth enabled speaker.
