Which is faster... a floor pump or an electric when inflating a SWONDER DIRECT SUP?
The SWONDER stand up paddle board is easy to inflate. I put the floor pump to the test against the electric pump, run off a 12 volt car connection.
I have to admit I am a little surprised, but after the "workout" before a "workout". The best way to go is the electric pump to inflate. Save your energy for when you're out on the water.
The pump is excellent for when you're not inflating it around your car's power source.
If you were to hike a mile or two in, to where you would launch your board from, then of course bring the board in the provided backpack and use the floor pump to inflate.

The AerGun X-1000 with AerTight Head
Before heading out on any ride, checking the tire pressure is always part of my pre-ride check. Properly inflated tires are a must.
The AerGun X-1000 with AerTight head, is a pump that is well designed and built to last. It’s versatile in its ability to fit both Presta and Schrader valves without the need of any special adapters. The steel constructed high pressure floor pump can obtain a pressure of 160PSI or 11Bar. The large pressure gauge is easy to read and dial marker helps, while inflating your tires to the correct pressure. The pump has a 36 inch or 3 foot flexible hose. A bleed valve to release excess pressure is also on the pumps head. The AerGun makes inflating anything effortless and comes with a ball needle or bladder needle, that conveniently attach to the hose for storage. Get rid of your valve converters as the auto adjusting AerTight head has you covered. With my road bike tubes using Presta valves and mountain bike using Schrader valves the pump is very nice. With the ball needle and bladder needle pumping up the kids basketballs, footballs or pool inflatables it's convenient.
