The registration for my next race, in the middle of May, has been sent in. The race is an
olympic distance triathlon with a pool swim. My training really buckles down a week from today. I am looking forward to some good training coming up. During my training I am working on a video showing how I use the
Mio Energy Pro heart rate monitor. A great tool for training. There are a few areas of my racing I will be addressing in weeks to come.
