With my next race, an Olympic distance 
tri, in May, my training program begins tomorrow.  I am setting out to focus on improving my swim and run times.  This will be hard, but know what has to be done.  I want to finish in the top five as my ultimate goal, but also am looking at beating my time on this course in which I was on a year ago.  The 
Mio Energy Pro I wear will help my training be more focused, and I am looking forward to that.
