Feeling much better after getting sick over a week ago. Sore throat the sinus trouble. Training is back on. Took a 3.1 mile training family fun run in on Thanksgiving morning. A tradition over the past 3 years. The over the counter medication I was on made me jittery and I had trouble sleeping. That is all gone and I plan on a full schedule of running this week and weekend. I want and try and get to the gym this week also to swim a few times.

Bummer. I have been sick since last Tuesday. I finally went to the doctor. I have a sinus infection. I haven't worked out for two weeks. I feel guilty now.....
