Training is coming along both road and mountain bike. I have been able add a bike commute to work a few times here in there when I can. I am working more on increasing my length of workouts in my garage using both a sandbag and kettle bells. I am still getting my daily mile run in. I have taken the dogs again the last few weeks. The pace slows down after we hit about the .25 mark. It also slows down due to needing to stop for potty or poop breaks.
