With race day next Sunday, I am feeling like my training and nutrition have been perfect. I know the distance in not a killer one, but still training is involved. I had some mechanical issues with the bike, which are now fixed. The weather should be cool for the morning start of the sprint which I don't plan on being on the course for more than 40 minutes. I know the year is not over yet, but I am starting to put together my list of races I intend to be part of next year. The list is growing pretty long.
