Training has picked up where I left off. This week I have been working on my running speed. I have been running with out socks to get my feet used to the feeling, being the next race is almost a super sprint and putting on socks would be a waste of time. I was happy to hit a 8:30 mile Tuesday during my run.
I have been having some allergy problems on and off the past few weeks and think I have figured it out. I hate taking allergy medication because it makes me feel jittery all the time and have a hard time sleeping.
Pool swim tonight with a long bike planned for this weekend.
