A little over a week to go

With a little over a week before my next triathlon, I am feeling pretty good about my training.  I feel my swim, which tonight I did 700 meters, is very strong.   The adjustments I have made to my bike I think will help keep my speed up.  The sub 8 minute miles I have been able to achieve during training are a great boost to my run segment.  I just hope I can keep the speed up during the run.  
In the next week, I will practice the transition set up and execution a few times.  
The nutrition is right on.  With the race being a sprint I am debating on nutrition I will need to carry with me.  I have been going over the course in my head and on the map a lot in the past few weeks.
