Atopio Highly Visible Reflective Ankle Bands

A good way to be seen while out on a busy street at night is to wear something reflective. The Atopio highly visible reflective ankle bands (set of two) are a great way to let others be aware you are out there. The comfortable bands attach with a velcro full adjustable enclosure and are stretchable, with the elastic material the reflective strip is placed on the bright yellow band. The band and reflective strip go around your ankle 360 degrees so you are visible from all angels. Each band measures 12 inches before being stretched.

Follow the link below to get a pair of reflective ankle bands for yourself.

Verto Reflective Graduated Compression Calf Sleeves

I was sent a pair of Verto Reflective Calf Sleeves to review. The Verto Reflective Graduated Compression Calf Sleeves are made of 90 percent nylon and 10 percent spandex,  a two way stretchable fabric.  The light grey sleeves have a reflective “V” on the back and the Verto name on the front.  With any calf compression sleeve they are great for helping improve circulation, therefore increasing blood flow, speeding healing and cutting down on the amount of swelling.  The sleeves, once put on, stay in place and help keep my muscles warm, yet allow for ventilation as to not over heat.  These are very easy to pull over the foot and ankle.

Mr. Visibility USB Rechargeable Green Reflective LED Belt

I was sent the Mr. Visibility USB rechargeable green reflective LED belt to review.  First off it is very comfortable after adjusting the belt to fit your waist. I have worn the belt both running and cycling.  Seriously on numerous occasions, after passing someone, I have heard “what is that” start up their conversation.  Right there I know it increases visibility.  While only the back portion has the blinking or solid LED light up section, the rest of the belt is bright green and is reflective. The belt is USB rechargeable and gives up to ten hours on the flashing mode and six hours on the steady mode.

Fit Foundations’ Reflective Calf Compression Sleeves

I was sent a pair of Fit Foundations’ Reflective Calf Compression Sleeves to review. The black sleeves are made of 20 percent spandex and 80 percent nylon with a highly reflective design on the front.  They are a little tight pulling them as I near my ankle joint.  The compression sleeves feel great and have two, two inch size pieces of silicone along the top portion inside the front and back of the sleeve to help keep them in place, stopping them from slipping down. The sleeves fit those with calfs with a circumference of 12 to 16 inches. The advantage to using calf sleeves is the compression not only keeping muscles warm and helping with circulation but helping your sore muscles to recover faster whether you have been running, cycling, walking or just standing on your feet for a long period of time. The Fit Foundations’ can be worn during activity or afterwards and even sleeping.  The reflective design on the front is a "v" both right side up and upside down, pointing towards each other.

Stark Safe Reflective Vest

The Stark Safe Reflective Vest is great for any runner or walker who wants to been visible when the sun goes down.  The comfortable vest can be worn even riding a bike.  It is easily adjustable and simple to put on. The highly visible bright green and reflective material are sure to catch the attention of others you are sharing the road or trail with. With the bright green it is very visible even during the daytime and at night the reflective strips continue to provide 360 degree visibility. The adjustable elastic straps are light weight and allow for full range of motion. The large buckle on the front is easy to latch. The waistband on the vest is adjustable to fit from 25 inches at its smallest to 38 inches at the largest.  I was thinking the should straps would be unforgiving and maybe would dig into my neck or be uncomfortable. Not the case, the vest is very comfortable. The shoulder straps also are adjustable from 15 inches to 23 inches.  The adjustable straps make it convenient if you wanted to wear it over a heavier coat or jacket.  Along with the light I wear on my head to see when I am running, to light my path, the vest is very visible to others. When not wearing it out running, it can be hung up on a hanger or rolled up and stored away.

When it comes down to it, the Stark Safe Reflective Vest takes all five stars out of five stars.
